What I do at Peak: As a PM, I’m the conduit for information flow between
our clients and our developers on New Media projects. As a multimedia designer, I design multimedia presentations, build Web pages and Flash animations, edit video, and create motion graphics using After Effects.
What I do when I'm not at Peak: I'm watching Sprout TV on-demand or reading a 30-book lineup with my daughter, or my wife and I are catching our breath
Dream job (other than being at Peak for the rest of my career): Documentary filmmaker
Pet peeve(s): Hearing/reading the following words/phrases: kudos, ping (usage: Why don’t you ping George since he hasn’t responded to your email.), reach(ing) out (usage: as a synonym for contact), footprint (usage: other than to describe an indentation in the shape of a foot), paradigm, offline (usage: as a way of saying let’s talk about a certain subject later or not during this meeting), veritable, most importantly, nondescript, über, and pet peeve.
Favorite book(s): The Crossing, The Sun Also Rises, Fahrenheit 451. Note: possibly none of these since I read them years ago. The Red Tent (although I would never admit to it)
Favorite movie(s): Raising Arizona, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Pulp Fiction (except scenes with Bruce Willis’ girlfriend or Quentin Tarantino speaking), the "Rome" segment in Night On Earth, Fiddler on the Roof
Favorite TV show(s): Current: Breaking Bad. Past: Seinfeld (before it took a downturn). Past: Curb Your Enthusiasm (before it took a Seinfeld-like downturn).
Favorite music/artist(s): Matisyahu, Bob Marley, Tori Amos, Serena Wolf
Secret talent: Packing
Favorite vacation: Anything involving saltwater and subtropical or tropical weather.
Teams you cheer: Miami Heat, Minnesota Vikings and Twins
The perfect day: See favorite vacation and add my wife not minding warm/hot weather and my daughter doing at least half of what her parents ask
